- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the fault
Once we verify the defect, we will process your refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Sizing and Exchanges
Please note that all sales are final regarding sizing.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you choose the wrong size.

Conditions Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Items damaged by improper care, washing, or wear and tear.

- Change of mind or incorrect size selection.
