💚 Pickle Patch Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Pickle Patch! We are a small company proud to focus on slow fashion. We do not mass-produce our clothes or hold massive stock. Instead, our nature-inspired pieces are carefully made-to-order and hand-printed with love from the Chiltern Hills.

Because we minimise plastic use, reduce supply drops, and limit trips to the post office to keep our carbon footprint low, our processing timeline reflects a more sustainable way of shopping.


Shipping Destinations

  • UK Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • Exclusions: We do not ship internationally or to British Overseas Territories at this time.

Production & Processing Times

  • The 2-Week Window: Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 days) from your purchase date for us to carefully print and prepare your items.
  • Why it takes longer: Creating items individually eliminates textile waste, meaning your little pickle gets something unique while keeping our planet happy.
  • Dispatched Notification: We will send you an email confirmation the moment your order leaves our hands and is handed over to the courier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All of our physical packages are securely delivered across the UK using Evri.

  • Standard Delivery: Base shipping starts from £3.99 via Evri Standard Tracked (delivered in 2–4 business days after the production window).
  • Heavy Items: Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout. Bulky or heavier packages containing multiple garments or larger pieces may incur a slightly higher delivery fee.
  • Free Delivery: Free standard shipping on all orders over £45.
Please note: Courier transit times apply only after our 2-week production and eco-conscious processing window is complete.

Tracking & Safe Places

  • Tracking Numbers: You will receive an Evri tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery Flexibility: If you are not going to be at home, you can use the Evri tracking page to safely divert your parcel to a preferred neighbour or designated safe place.
  • Damaged Items: If your clothing happens to arrive damaged from its transit journey, please get in touch with us via our Contact page immediately so we can get it sorted for you.
